The product arrived in perfect condition, and it looks of such good quality and definitely crafted with love and care. The packaging is gorgeous and perfect for a gift! I chose a locket option that the owner helped me select and she kindly placed two pictures inside the locket. I am so happy with my purchase and will come back for future gifts!
Edit: it’s a few days later and the links to the chain have chipped so much of the gold flaking. I was really looking forward to this bag charm but it just fell short. I literally just took it out of the package and there’s a bunch of gold plating flaking off from the chain itself. The locket is also very difficult to open so I probably won’t be opening it very often.
I absolutely love my bag charm. I will definitely be ordering more. it came out better than I could picture it.
